Bill Payment

The City of Corona Department of Water & Power offers a variety of convenient ways for you to pay your water bill including online payments, automatic bill pay, Western Union payment locations, and a convenient drop off point.

  • Pay Your Bill Online
    You can pay your water bill online from the comfort of your own home using your MasterCard, Discover or Visa. Just click here and follow the instructions. As long as your payment is made before 5:00 p.m. your payment will post on the same day.
  • Pay Your Bill by Phone
    You can pay your water bill by phone using MasterCard, Discover, Visa or e-check. Call our Customer Care team Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (951) 736-2321.
  • Autopay Your Bill
    With this service, your bill is paid automatically from a designated checking or credit card account. Questions about Autopay — vist the answer center or call (951) 736-2321.
    To sign up:
    1. Go to our online web portal, iLink, and create an account.
    2. Click on the “Automatic Bill Pay” link, and fill out the form.
  • Use Our Drop Box
    The City of Corona Department of Water & Power has a convenient drop box located in the City Hall parking lot at 400 S. Vicentia Avenue. All payments received by 5:00 p.m. are posted the same business day. Any payments received after 5:00 p.m. or on Fridays, weekends or holidays are posted the next business day.
  • Pay In Person
    You can pay your bill in person at the Customer Care counter located on the first floor of City Hall. City Hall is located at 400 S. Vicentia Avenue. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am - 5pm.
  • Western Union
    Pay your water bill at any of the 44,000 Western Union Agent locations. To find the location nearest you, click here. A fee from Western Union will apply.
